On Wednesday, October 21, 2015, the team at Vintage Wine Estates showed their collective support for Tough Enough to Wear Pink. Our founder, Terry Wheatley is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Vintage Wine Estates, the company that produces Purple Cowboy wines. She shared her personal story with the Vintage Wine Estates team, along with friends and neighbors of the company, rallying them all to show their support for those affected by breast cancer by wearing pink on October 21st.
From their warehouse to tasting rooms and administrative offices, along with their field sales team and distributors, the team showed their spirit and that they are all truly “Tough Enough to Wear Pink.” They have an album of almost 200 photos to back it up! Celebrating its 11th Anniversary in 2015, Tough Enough to Wear Pink will have raised more than $22 million by the end of the year. Funds are raised by grassroots rodeo committees across the U.S. and Canada – sometimes five dollars as a time – to help local families and organizations in the fight against breast cancer, as well as benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, an organization devoted to research for treatment and a cure.
We encourage all of our fans to show their support by wearing pink in October and all throughout the year. Together, we are Tough Enough to Wear Pink!
